The undersigned, a Participating Member in the Cooperative Banks Employees Retirement Association, hereby appoints                                                            an officer or employee of the Participating Member to act as proxy for such Participating Member at the 2026 Annual Meeting to be held at The VERVE Hotel located at 1360 Worcester Street, Natick, MA 01760 or via Zoom on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 10 am and any adjournment thereof.
